Models, Models, & More Models

Hey Everyone. I’m going to take a break today from the Montana series and start another series on Models. One of the reasons I’ve been swamped and turned into the “lazy blogger” over the past months is that I have been consumed with a new and exciting opportunity.

I am now serving as the photographer for 18 Karat Model and Talent Management here in Knoxville. 18 Karat was started by Cindy Swicegood over 25 years ago and is the most established Agency in Knoxville. Cindy is committed to revamping the look of her imagery and modernizing her marketing site and has hired me to help her accomplish that! In the four months we have been working together, we have shot over 25 models. Thanks need to go out to our entire team which includes me and Cindy of course but also our talented hair and make-up artists, Allie and Erin, from Salon Visage and Allan Mueller who serves as my “trusty assistant”. Also, a huge thanks to Josh Berardi of Moscato Images who is now helping me with final retouch. The work we are producing would be impossible without the contributions of everyone on the team.

The new imagery has been well received by the models, 18 Karat’s clients, and other Agencies alike which is great. As Cindy would say, it’s nothing but “onward and upward” from here.

The images below are of Tiffany who we shot recently. Tiffany was a delight to work with. She had a relentless smile and awesome attitude and worked her butt off. I think the results reflect that. Love to hear what you think.

Finally bear with me as I am still experimenting with various new ways to show lots of images on the new blog but do so in a clean and efficient manner. I’ll settle on an approach soon.
